5. A very long season

A major asset of the Grenant: its long season, from April through to autumn. Thanks to its easy nature and controlled flow, it's doable when many other canyons aren't yet in condition. It's often one of the first canyons of the season — ideal for an early-spring craving for adventure. The slot is chosen with the guide based on the weather.

6. How a trip works
